Jm4tactical.com Return Policy?

At JM4 Tactical, the Return Policy allows for a refund, exchange, or replacement on stock/non-custom items within 30 days from receipt of the order, less shipping and handling charges. A 20% re-stocking fee is charged on approved custom made to order returns. Most custom made to order products and clearance items are not eligible for exchange or refund. All refund requests must contact their office by email at support@jm4tactical.com within 30 days of receipt of the order to request a return/exchange form. Returned products must be in re-saleable condition.

In terms of the Shipping Policy, customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is received, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. To return a product, it should be mailed to: 3250 S. Treadaway Blvd., Abilene, TX 79602. They also offer no-cost shipping on numerous items and free shipping on orders over $125.

For the Warranty, if an item becomes damaged or unusable outside of normal wear and tear, they will perform what they deem as either necessary repairs or replacement at no cost to the buyer with proof of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item to JM4 Tactical, and JM4 Tactical will pay for return shipping once the repairs or replacement has been made. The warranty only covers the original buyer. Any alterations done after delivery and acceptance of the JM4 Tactical holster will void the warranty and the buyer will be responsible for purchasing a replacement. Different products have different warranty periods. For example, emergency pens, flashlights, and JM4 Magnet mounts have a 1-year limited warranty, while Roughneck Magnetic holster has a 1-year limited warranty, with 10 years on magnets. Belts, custom holsters, and custom mag pouches, as well as Stock Magnetic Holsters, original, high ride, tuckable, Blazen, and magnetic mag pouches, have a limited lifetime warranty.
